Delta Realty (Pty) Ltd is a property development company specialising in middle to high-income housing developments. All of our housing developments are currently located in one of Pretoria’s property hot spots, Menlo Park.

Delta Realty is a member of the ẟ-Group, which gives us access to the full spectrum of built environment consulting services through Delta BEC, construction services through D-Con and facility management services through DFM.

Although Delta Realty currently focuses on residential development, we will enter the commercial development market within the next five years.
