Delta Realty‘s latest development is called Menlo Pinnacles, a three-storey residential building that contains 10 sectional title units. The development is named Menlo Pinnacles after the aesthetically pleasing triple-peak roof design that is located in 12th Street and will be fully visible from Atterbury Road in Menlo Park, Pretoria. Construction of the development commenced in November 2017 and it will be completed in July 2018.
