Four modern full title houses

Delta Realty’s first project was an erf in 20th Street, Menlo Park, which was developed into five modern full title houses and named Menlo Mews. All five stands were sold, three with already constructed houses on the properties and two with building agreements with the purchase of the vacant stands.

The houses consist of three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and an open plan kitchen that flows into a large double volume dining area next to a spacious lounge. Each house has a double motorised garage and a roofed patio with a compact low maintenance lawn.

Even though the five units were designed to be similar in order to have an external aesthetic uniformity for the estate, Delta Realty attended to various design amendment request during the construction period at the requests of the new owners. This included internal finish amendments that suited the new owners’ taste, as well as a swimming pool for one of the houses.
